My name is Liz Jeffrey and I am an experienced and successful Weight Loss Coach.
I have developed Food For Thought, a coaching and mentoring system that will help you gain control over your eating.
None of us have a weight problem - we have an eating problem, and usually focus on the wrong things to help us lose weight and feel great. Feeding our self-esteem rather than feeding our face is a far more effective and permanent solution.
I can help you shift the emphasis from dealing with the effects of being overweight to recognising the cause of it, and then taking responsibility for finding and managing the solution.

I offer poweful 1-1 coaching sessions, and during these we work together to:
- Create a crystal clear vision for the ideal life you will be living in your new slim, sexy and confident body.
- Uncover hidden challenges that may be sabotaging your weight loss efforts and keeping you fat.
- Build your confidence and raise your self-esteem.
You will leave these sessions feeling renewed, inspired and ready to finally lose all of the weight you want - once and for all!
