Liz Jeffrey - New Insights coach
My name is Liz Jeffrey and I help women who struggle to reach the weight they feel most attractive at, and more importantly, help them keep the weight off by teaching them the power of choice. I believe that feelings drive us to eat and what we choose is affected by how we feel at that time.
I have had problems with my own weight for years. In spite of running a local slimming club and working as a fitness instructor, I have either struggled to lose weight or keep it off if I did lose a bit.
I developed Food for Thought with people like me in mind. I have lost over 3 stone so far - and am still losing. I know that by continuing to apply my coaching skills, I will reach my goal. And with the support of my coaching programme you can do it too.
My coaching is confidential and effective, and I enjoy working with clients who want results.
